My grandmother had clipped this from the Erie Morning News (back in the 90's when they still had a morning AND an evening paper) and my mother just found it.
It's a little blip I wrote to the "Letters to the Editor" section of the paper. That used to be a big deal and a good way for people to read what you had to say...years before the concept of a blog took a foothold.
It concerns Desert Storm and the things going on at that time.
If you didn't live through the Desert Storm days, you should check out the history of those times. A look back can be very much an enlightening thing to do.
Funny just how relevant it is still, to this day.
